The charter notebook
Your own occasion, aboard a yacht in Monaco.
A birthday cruise, a proposal and a reception at the quay are different Monaco arrangements. Start with the number of people and whether the yacht will move. The permitted guest count, access and service requirements must match that setting; the boat’s length does not answer them.
The visit and its shore arrangements
Keep event services explicit
Tell us which parts matter: a meal, music, flowers, photographs or a particular moment in the route. Equipment, setup time and cleanup need agreement. A kitchen or music system aboard does not automatically include a chef or DJ, and outside suppliers may need access arrangements.
For a Grand Prix-related gathering, use the dedicated event brief. A yacht in the principality does not by itself include a race view, berth package or admission. Those elements need specific written confirmation.
Inside the yacht dossier
Coordinate the people, not just the yacht
Nominate one organiser to gather guest information and distribute the confirmed meeting instructions. If people arrive at different times or move between shore and yacht, request a workable transfer plan. The proposal should state the actual yacht, services, duration and full cost.
Review payment stages and cancellation conditions before arranging other non-refundable parts of the occasion. Sending an enquiry records the brief; it does not reserve a vessel or an event berth.
MONACO / YOUR NEXT CHAPTER
Begin with the visit you are planning
Let us know when your guests reach Monaco and when they need to be ashore again. Those two appointments give the yacht proposal its starting point.
