The charter notebook

From a Monaco charter idea to an agreed proposal.

Send the date if known, the number of people and the reason for the Monaco charter. Mention whether the party will cruise, sleep aboard or gather at the quay. A short message is enough to start; a complete itinerary is not required before you ask for options.

Inside the yacht dossier

Review something specific

The useful response is a named yacht with current photographs, the relevant guest capacity, crew and a proposed embarkation arrangement. Check whether a yacht is delivered from another base and how that affects the price. For event requests, berth, access and hospitality inclusions should be stated rather than implied.

Compare the complete costs and services for the same duration. Fuel, catering, transfers, allowances and applicable taxes may need explanation. Ask about anything unclear before choosing a vessel on the strength of a headline rate.

Confirm through the written process

A form submission, saved style or proposed itinerary does not reserve a boat. Review the identity of the contracting provider, the payment schedule and cancellation terms, then follow the actual booking process. The captain’s operational decisions and the conditions can affect the route on the day.

Once confirmed, keep the meeting instructions, guest requirements and return arrangement in one place. That leaves the party with a straightforward plan rather than a collection of assumptions about the harbour.

MONACO / YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

Begin with the visit you are planning

Let us know when your guests reach Monaco and when they need to be ashore again. Those two appointments give the yacht proposal its starting point.
