Make the table the centre of your Monaco yacht day.
For a yacht lunch off Monaco, start with how the party will sit together. The maximum guests allowed to cruise does not establish the number of proper dining places. Request photographs of the actual table arrangement and ask whether it is shaded, indoors or exposed to the weather.
The visit and its shore arrangements
Leave a meal-shaped space in the route
A long lunch and an ambitious coastal circuit compete for the same hours. Discuss whether the yacht will be stopped or moving during service and allow the captain to choose a comfortable arrangement for the conditions. A table ashore brings separate landing and restaurant arrangements.
Include the party size, date and preferred meal format in the enquiry. The response should connect those details to a named yacht, a confirmed boarding point and a complete proposal for the day.
Inside the yacht dossier
A galley does not include a chef
A prepared lunch, delivered catering and a chef cooking aboard are different services. Specify the meal you have in mind and ask who serves it. The captain’s work handling the vessel should not be confused with uninterrupted attention at the table.
Agree dietary needs, allergies, children’s meals and drinks before the day. The quotation should identify what is supplied, what may be brought aboard and any service or provisioning charges. A styled photograph is inspiration rather than a menu.

Let us know when your guests reach Monaco and when they need to be ashore again. Those two appointments give the yacht proposal its starting point.
