Private yacht charters

Know exactly where your Monaco yacht day begins.

Before a Monaco charter, obtain the marina name, precise meeting point and arrival contact. Port Hercule and Fontvieille should not be used interchangeably, and a regional yacht may propose another base. If boarding involves a tender or transfer, the arrangement needs to be explained before guests set out.

Inside the yacht dossier

One organiser helps the whole party

Have one person distribute the confirmed arrival instructions and coordinate guests coming from different hotels. Allow time to board and hear the crew’s briefing. A return deadline or onward reservation should already have been included in the charter plan rather than introduced as the boat leaves.

Share access needs, children’s ages and important dietary requirements in advance. The general enquiry form is not the place for passports or payment-card details. If passenger documents are needed later, the selected provider should explain its appropriate process.

Bring what the actual outing needs

Ask about footwear, clothing and what is already supplied aboard. Keep luggage appropriate to the available space and protect essential belongings from spray. A short lunch charter and several nights aboard require different preparation, so use the advice for your confirmed booking.

Retain the return point, timing and contact details together. If a guest is delayed or plans change, use the agreed contact promptly rather than assuming the yacht can extend the charter or change its berth without consequence.

MONACO / YOUR CHARTER ENQUIRY

Begin with the visit you are planning

Let us know when your guests reach Monaco and when they need to be ashore again. Those two appointments give the yacht proposal its starting point.
